The 5th floor balcony will be located on the southern section of the building overlooking Lake Phalen Regional Park. With incredible views of Lake Phalen and beyond, the 5th floor balcony is the best place in the house to take in all Phalen has to offer.

Featuring free weights, cardio machines, and strength training machines, the fitness studio is beautifully designed to ensure a fun and non-intimidating place to expand your fitness. The cooperative may also utilize the studio for small-group classes with outside instructors.

Catered events, cooking lessons, or holiday parties all have a home in the catering kitchen. Located with easy access to the outside gas grill, and equipped with two dishwashers, plates, silverware and utensils. Too many cooks in the kitchen? Not a problem here! Enjoy it with other members or host a large gathering.

The main gathering place of any cooperative, the club room offers seating to accommodate all Members. While serving as the gathering place for member meetings, the club room also plays host to small gatherings with friends and family, or just a place to unwind and enjoy the view with a cup of coffee. Available for reservation.

Located on the first floor along East Lake Drive, the terrace offers soft seating, a fire pit, and BBQ station to accommodate downtime with friends and family. Think of it as your lakeside patio. The best place to take in all Minnesota has to offer, and your relaxation spot after a day of exploring the park and beyond.

Whether gathering to play pool, cards, or ponder a new puzzle, the billiards room is the relaxation hub of the cooperative. Featuring a wet bar, library, TV and game shelves - enjoy a ball game, or movie night with friends. Available to reserve from the cooperative at no extra charge.

Welcome home. You and your guests will be treated to an impeccably designed entry lobby - complete with beautiful soft seating. It is a wonderful setting to catch up with friends. Fob-controlled entry, intercom, and camera ensure safety and security for Members at all times.

Welcome your visiting family and friends by reserving the guest suite for their visit. Complete with bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. A nominal fee is set by the cooperative to cover basic cleaning expenses.

Are you a master gardener or have a green thumb? There will be raised garden beds to put your talents to work. Join in with your fellow members who like to get their fingers dirty, too!

Each home comes with one reserved parking space in the climate controlled garage. Additional parking stalls are available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. An EV charging station will also be available in the garage. (Picture is not representative of actual garage)

Located in the underground garage, the car wash station is perfect for keeping your vehicle neat and tidy without the expense of a car wash. A nice perk!
